Returns
We offer a 30 day money back return or exchange of the item from the date of shipment. Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for items that have been damaged or modified by the buyer.
If an item exchange is requested due to getting a wrong or defective item, we will reimburse the return shipping cost of the item and will also cover the shipping cost for a replacement item of equal value. The return shipping cost reimbursement and replacement item will be sent once we have received the wrong or defective item. We will not refund the original shipping charges for item exchanges.
If you request a return due to getting a wrong or defective item, we will refund the purchase/shipping price of the item along with the return shipping cost (You will be reimbursed for all expenses once the item has been received by us). If an item is returned due to the customer changing their mind etc., we will NOT refund either the original or return shipping cost (Only the item purchases price will be refunded). Any refunds will be sent via the original payment method.
