The 1981 item is in poor* condition. The last page of the booklet has been cut away but is present (it is a handout for the players). The next to the last page has a rectangle cut out from it, though it is also present (it is the character party that comes with the module). (see images).
The item ships with cardboard support in a waterproof bubble mailer.
