    Graham-Field Eye Chart (#2867-1247) for exams "Based on a visual angle of one minute"
    My Dad used this in his surgical practice. Unsure of year of purchase as he practiced from 1950's to lat 80's. It has been rolled up and stored ever since his retirement in smoke free home. Just uncurled to take pictures, so still can see the crinkles. Will be able to flatten out over time. Slight stains on lower right from and some on lower back. These can possibly be washed out given the material (sort of light canvas?). Priced lower due to these stains.
    Eye test from 10 ft to 200 ft as indicated on chart.
